Terms and Conditions
By making this reservation I agree I have read the policies below and fully agree to all terms and conditions.

Cancellations
We have a strict cancellation policy. For your protection and ours, all cancellations must be made in writing via email. Cancellation requests submitted 10 days or more in advance of your tour will only incur a $30.00 card processing fee. The remaining amount will be refunded. All changes must be made 10 days in advance of your tour, tours will not be refunded or moved to a different date. All credits and/or gift cards expire after 365 days. If a safari wine tour is canceled due to weather, you will have the option to move to a future date. No refunds will be available.

Gift Certificates
All credits and/or gift cards expire after 365 days. All gift certificate purchases are non-refundable. Balances can be transferred to another party.  

Deposit
Pay in full or a 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. 10 days before the reservation the remaining amount is due or the reservation will be cancelled.
